1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Inferra ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Inferra provides an AI-powered chat platform that connects users to various large language models through a unified interface. The Service allows users to send messages, receive AI-generated responses, upload images for multimodal analysis, and manage their conversations. Features, pricing tiers, and available models may change over time at our sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old, or if you are between 13 and 18, you have parental or guardian consent. The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and any credentials used to access the Service. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page, which will remove your personal data and conversation history.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via cryptocurrency through NowPayments. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice. If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: (a) generating, promoting, or distributing illegal content; (b) harassing, abusing, or threatening others; (c) attempting to circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures; (d) reverse-engineering the Service; (e) using automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service in excess of normal usage; (f) uploading malicious code or content; (g) violating the intellectual property rights of others.
7. AI-Generated Content
Inferra uses AI models to generate responses. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, misleading, or harmful outputs. You should independently verify critical information. Do not use the Service for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
8. Data Storage and Privacy
We store your conversations and account data to provide the Service. Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You can delete your conversations at any time through the interface.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, logos, and branding, is owned by Inferra and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. You grant us a license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers, including Inferra (DeepSeek V4 Flash Free and MiMo V2.5 Free). These providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers. Payment processing is handled by NowPayments and is subject to their terms of service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inferra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by our AI providers, hosting infrastructure, or third-party services.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data after termination. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Azerbaijan.
